The girls and I just went to Prague for a few days for New Year’s, thanks to a direct flight from Amman on a discount airline. Dan had to work, unfortunately, but we met up with a large group of our friends from our time in Myanmar. They came from London, the Hague, Minneapolis and Yangon and we all stayed in a huge Airbnb. We walked for hours a day in freezing temperatures, visited the zoo and a few museums, explored Christmas markets, and had many adventures navigating the tram (including some mishaps, but all’s well that ends well). We even saw a little bit of snow! It was a perfect little getaway and we were thrilled to spend quality time with dear friends-like-family.
